I don't see the toolbar!

Meep is a browser enhancement, and appears as a toolbar in your browser window. Close all copies of your browser and then restart it. Viola!

Not viola? It’s likely Meep is installed, but just not showing up. Right click in the toolbar area (usually just below your address bar), and make sure Meep Media Downloader has a checkbox next to it.

Finally, if you are using Firefox, go to Tools > Add-ons. If you are using Internet Explorer, to go Tools > Manage Add-ons. Make sure Meep is set to “Enabled,” then restart your browser.
