I upgraded, and nothing happened.

Our upgrade process is so quick and simple, many people don’t even notice it happened!

Once your payment has been processed, we email you a one-time use activation code that automatically unlocks the Pro features. You don’t even need to download a new copy.

Instead, just close all open browsers (some people find it easier to simply reboot their computer), and re-open your browser (Firefox or Internet Explorer). Then click on the Meep bird logo on the far left of the toolbar, and select “Options” from the dropdown menu. If your upgrade was successful, you will see “Registered” or “Pro” next to the Version.

If you don’t see “Registered” or “Pro” next to the version, don’t worry. Simply click here to contact Support and send the email address you used to upgrade, and we will resend the activation code pronto!
